I made a lil video of footage I shot while cycling around Acadia National Park in the Schoodic Point section. It’s strange how poverty can be visually beautiful in a haunting way. I always felt the beauty of Maine is just that – haunting. The woods are thick and deep and spooky, the houses are greyed and weathered and collapsed.. it’s so beautiful but at the same time, it strikes a chord in you that.. makes you afraid at the same time.
